worst experience I've had with a mobile mechanic, DON'T bother calling this guy. he showed up an hour and a half late with no call or anything, then started complaining about traffic like it was my fault. the repair was supposd to be simple but he left a bunch of stuff loose and now my car shakes on the highway. unfreakingbelievable I wasted a whole afternoon for this BAD service that I'll NEVER use again

Super good experience with Ryan. He made sure to get me the best deal and was more than happy to help me tow my car without it costing an arm and a leg. Very affordable and reliable mechanic.

I would not recommend IE Mobile Mechanic. My car was quickly “diagnosed” in about 10 minutes, but the misfire issue was never actually resolved. He refused to properly scan the car with a professional scanner, saying his business partner was still using it, and instead made a guess on what would fix the issue. That repair did not solve the problem. After the diagnostic, he left and said he would come back to finish the job because he had another customer he had forgotten about, but he never returned to complete the work.I was also charged a separate diagnostic fee that didn’t go toward the repair, which I wasn’t informed would be the case. Ultimately, I ended up fixing the issue myself.
